Lines in The Sand

I guess it is in the news a lot. Lines in the Sand, Red Lines, Shall Not Be Crossed. Or Else.

As a parent I am fully aware of the effectiveness of Red Lines.

Anyway, this is a little older than the current events. Even if politically we ignore or outright deny climate change and its effects, the Economy doesn’t. Insurance companies crank their premiums based on the latest data. You may make money with it, but not take a decision during the latest COP.

Sorry about the digression, These are sand piles used to reinforce the dams along the Inn, and increase a little the berms. You know, in case there should be some strong rains. Or Else

You’ll be happy that housing insurance has been increased. So we pay for the measures, the consequences and the insurance.
